Caseviewer

If a form needs additional features such as workflow, back-office team access or viewing data for historical purposes, Caseviewer is a central area where these features can be made available. These feautures vary from form to form and depend on the permissions which are set against your user account.

If you think your permissions need to be updated, please visit the Digital Services Portal to raise a Non Standard Service Request, which can be found under the 'Other' category. Clearly indicate which form you need access to.
